Absolutely! Everything in our shop can be customized.

How do I order a custom design?

All custom design requests include a free consultation and quotation. To initiate a request, please complete the form by clicking “Customization” at the top of this page. We will review your submission then set up a consultation at your convenience.

How does the customization process work?

Once we have completed the consultation, we will begin the design phase of your project. You will have the opportunity to provide as much or little input into the design process as you would like. You will have the opportunity to approve the final design and dimensions before the processing work begins.

When can I expect my job to be complete?

Project completion typically takes 3-5 business days after design approval unless the job is exceptionally complex or materials are not immediately available. If project completion is expected to take longer than 5 business days, we will alert you before accepting any payment.

What are options for shipping and delivery?

Local delivery is available, and we offer express shipping (1-2 days) or standard shipping (3-5 business days). Cost is dependent on location and weight of product.

What if I want to make changes to the design after accepting the project?

We begin work as soon as you have accepted the project. If changes are requested after you have accepted the project, additional fees may apply.

What if I am dissatisfied with the final result?

We always strive to produce work that we are proud of and that exceeds your expectations. If the product you receive does not match the design you accepted, we will replace at no cost to you within 2 business days and with express shipping. If the product you receive matches the design you accepted but you are dissatisfied with the final result, we offer replacement at a discounted cost.

What is your return policy?

Any non-customized item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Customized items may be eligible for return if the final product does not match the approved design. We want you to be completely satisfied with the end result. If you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to make it right! See our returns policy for further details.
